INITIAL STATEMENT

SAPER recognizes the value of privacy and information security in a world of dynamic and transactional relationships characterized by the large volume of data that flows through new technologies. This Privacy Policy reflects SAPER’s commitment, as well as that of its controlled companies, to strict compliance with data protection regulations of the Federative Republic of Brazil (Law No. 13,709/18) and the European Union (Regulation 16/679).

The scope of this Privacy Policy is specifically directed to activities involving the processing of personal data on its service platforms, as per executed contracts, systems, and Internet portals.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

SAPER declares that it processes personal data necessary for registration in its systems and portals, such as name, email address, phone contact, employer company, job position, business address, CPF/CNPJ, type of business interest, and IP address.

In addition to registration data, SAPER also collects indirect personal data related to access to Internet portals, gathered automatically by the system without user input, such as geolocation and IP address.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The processing of data collected by SAPER is carried out in full compliance with Brazilian and European data protection laws and strictly for the purpose of serving the registered user, such as:

(a) promotion of SAPER’s products and services, as well as new features, updates, pricing policies, and contracting terms;
(b) dissemination of content related to SAPER’s activities, products, and services;
(c) analysis of user interaction with SAPER’s communication channels to develop improvements and new relationship formats;
(d) establishment of identification criteria for registered users and their activities on platforms, systems, and websites;
(e) prevention of fraud against users and third parties;
(f) enabling system, platform, or website functionalities to meet user expectations;
(g) execution of contractual obligations, including support services, reporting, data hosting, and others;
(h) improvement of user experience and development of system, platform, and website enhancements;
(i) recruitment/hiring, in case of resume submission.

DATA PROCESSING

SAPER ensures that personal data will be stored in secure technological environments using advanced information security standards.

Data will be stored for a minimum period of six (6) months, in accordance with the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework, and will remain stored as long as the relationship between the user and SAPER persists.

Access to personal data is restricted and controlled based on necessity for the execution of processing purposes.

Although SAPER adopts best security practices, it does not guarantee the absence of harmful events and is not liable for user negligence or malicious third-party actions, unless proven to be caused by SAPER’s fault or intent.

DATA SHARING

Personal data may be shared with third parties in cases of:

(a) corporate succession (mergers, acquisitions, incorporations);
(b) hiring third-party data processing services (operators), such as hosting, cloud services, IT consulting, telecommunications, delivery, marketing, event organization, billing, travel services, among others.

All third parties must comply with confidentiality and data protection laws, especially Law No. 13,709/2018.

SAPER may also share data when required by judicial, police, or administrative authorities, upon proper validation.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

Some processors may be located outside Brazil. SAPER ensures compliance with data protection requirements and requires third parties to adhere to data protection commitments.

By accepting this policy, the user consents to potential international data transfers when required by authorities, unless such consent is legally unnecessary.

USE OF COOKIES

SAPER uses cookies to enhance user experience. Cookies identify devices, authenticate users, personalize navigation, and track activities.

They are used for:

(a) authentication and security
(b) advertising and content
(c) product and service offerings
(d) performance and analytics

Users can manage cookie preferences at any time, though disabling them may affect functionality.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

SAPER guarantees:

(a) access to personal data
(b) correction of data
(c) data portability (when applicable)
(d) objection to data processing
(e) deletion of data, except when required by law

Data will be deleted after the contractual relationship ends, except when retention is legally required.

SAPER is not responsible for user negligence regarding personal data. Users must ensure confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, security keys, and authentication mechanisms.
